Originally from Colombia, I blend global perspective with practical UX strategy to build inclusive, intuitive experiences at scale. I’m passionate about growing strong teams and shaping thoughtful, user-centered systems.
I’ve led design at both startups and enterprise companies, built scalable design systems, and helped teams deliver with clarity and confidence.
Alongside my full-time role, I occasionally consult—most recently guiding the rollout of a new design system and mentoring a growing design team.
I’m also a proud dad to two amazing kiddos (and a trio of energetic dogs), which keeps life joyful, messy, and full of meaning.
